Main Duties and Responsibilities Assess the needs and      priorities of the targeted beneficiaries and define suitable activities. Collect data from      field and update/ create a database. Assisting the project      officer in the preparation and arrangements of any activity related to field. Collaborate with local      partners, municipalities and other community members to facilitate field      activities. Ensure data are well      organized and filed both soft and hard copies. Ensure activities are      appropriate for the capacity of reflecting IRW values in the ground. Participating in      training, supervision and team meetings. Regular monitoring of      field activities for the successful and smooth implementation of IRL      projects. Submitting daily      updates, weekly and monthly reports to Project Officer on the targets      achieved and the progress of the project activities agreed upon in the      detailed work plans. Carrying out any other      tasks assigned by the Project Officer. Providing necessary      support to Project Officer in arranging any meeting/ training / workshop,      etc. Willing and able to      travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects      or any other place directed by Project Officer.
