Supervisor "PSS and Training"

Project’s context: Composed of seven International organizations in Syria region, including four in Lebanon, the YOUTH RESOLVE YOUTH RESOLVE aims to strengthen youth resilience and empower youth as leading actors in post-conflict reconstruction in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Turkey.  In Lebanon, Islamic Relief Lebanon is working in four different aspects (Cash/Food for Work, Psychosocial Support, Active Learning, Social Stability and Rehabilitation of CBC) in Saida City – South Lebanon.    Overall Responsibility Supervisor will be responsible for assisting and providing supports to YOUTH RESOLVE consortium project in the implementation of activities and events. Main Duties and Responsibilities Assessing beneficiaries needs. Supervising all ongoing activities at IRL’s community based center. Supervise and follow up with staff, trainers, animators and volunteers working at the community based center on daily bases Establishing suitable weekly actions plan and reports. Providing ongoing guidance and support to staff, trainers, animators and volunteers in the community based center. Convening team meetings to ensure communication and quality control. Maintaining contact with MADAD Project Coordinator. Respecting and applying Islamic Relief policies and procedures such as “Child Protection Policy”. Willingness to dedicate 100% of his/her working hours to the YOUTH RESOLVE consortium and providing accurate time-sheet and performance report to MADAD Project Coordinator on weekly and monthly bases as per donor requirements.
