Wash Volunteer

Responsibilities:

1. The volunteer will be supporting the WASH team in conducting assessments, distribution and activities related to WASH services in IRL areas of intervention.
2. Identification of target group, plan activities, and conduct daily technical supervision and/or monitor progress, quantities, and quality of delivered WASH activities.
3. Attend and support the preparation of distribution activities.
4. Prepare the beneficiaries list and update the database.
5. Conduct phone calls with beneficiaries for data collection and entry, when needed.
6. Handling administrative tasks at office (filing, archiving, etc.).
7. Work in close guidance with the WASH engineer to ensure monitoring of delivered WASH activities
8. Report feedback from beneficiaries and conduct reports on WASH activities.
9. Any other tasks as requested by the management.
10. Meet IRL child and safeguarding protection policies, code of conduct, media policy, and other relevant policies and procedures.

Skill:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strength in interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer skills (MS Office)
