- Perform regular field visits to collect accurate and up-to-date data on orphans as required by the program and its donors.
- Conduct follow-ups with orphans' caregivers and schools to monitor the children's well-being and ensure their access to education and essential services.
- Perform baseline assessments and screenings to determine eligibility for enrollment in the sponsorship program according to established criteria.
- Identify children in need of specialized support and make appropriate referrals to relevant service providers (e.g., health, education, psychosocial support).
- Submit validated and accurate reports to the donor and coordinator within set deadlines. Perform regular audits of collected data to ensure its integrity.
- Disburse orphan sponsorship payments and other aids according to the set schedule.
- Maintain and update the biodata and case files for an allocated caseload of orphans.
- Flag urgent needs, protection concerns, and lessons learned to the Orphans Project Coordinator in a timely manner.
- Conduct interactive activities for the orphans.
