In the framework of the Programme “EU 4 Lebanon – Inclusive Services for Social Actions – ELISSA”, renovation of 6 Social Development Centres (SDCs) located in Ras Baalbeck (Baalbek-Hermel), Brital (Baalbek-Hermel), Ehmej (Keserwan-Jbeil), Bourj Hamoud (Mount Lebanon), Aanout (Mount Lebanon), and Lebaa (South).
The restoration works consist in various civil and finishing works, and in the installation of photovoltaic systems as detailed in Volume 3 and in Volume 5 of the Tender Dossier.
