We’re Hiring | Project & Funding Opportunities Specialist (Commission-Based)
J.A.D Association (Jeunesse Against Drugs), established in 1981, is seeking a Project & Funding Opportunities Specialist to identify relevant funding calls, grants, and partnership opportunities that align with our mission of drug prevention and youth awareness.
This is a remote, commission-based position, where compensation is provided upon successful identification and securing of funded projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and monitor local and international funding opportunities
Identify relevant calls for proposals (embassies, UN agencies, EU, foundations, etc.)
Share structured summaries of opportunities with the team
Support initial donor outreach and partnership mapping when needed
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in NGO project development or fundraising
Strong research and analytical skills
Familiarity with donor platforms and grant cycles
Professional communication skills
Remote / Work from home
Flexible working hours
Commission-based compensation (performance-based)
