Artificial Intelligence Trainer – Bourj Hammoud

Main Responsibilities of the Position

Under the overall supervision and guidance of the project manager in Burj Hammoud, the trainer will design and deliver a 12-hour training program over a period of 8 days (1.5 hours per day), focusing on the usage of AI tools in the day-to-day life. The training will be conducted for a group of 25 young girl from diverse nationalities, many of whom have low literacy levels. By the end of the program, participants will have acquired foundational digital skills to support their pursuit of self-development. The training curriculum should include the following topics:

1-Introduction to AI

  • How it started
  • How it could be used

2-Free AI for Everyday Use

  • Free AI Tools That Could Be Used Today
  • Daily Life Hacks

3-AI for Making Money

  • Creating Content with AI
  • Images and Videos

4-AI in Handmade Art

  • Combining AI with Traditional Art
  • Hands-on Art Workshop

5-AI and Ethics

  • How to Protect Ourselves
  • How to Protect Others

Expected Deliverables:

1-Before the start of the training:

  • The training calendar with session titles
  • Samples of Training books/material for distribution
  • A Curriculum handout organized by training sessions describing:
  1. Session topic.
  2. List of key contents and talking points.
  3. The pre- and post-training test questionnaires, to verify level, competences, and learning. The tests should be the same and they are delivered before the start date of the training and after the last session.

2-During the Training:

  • Maintain a record of the participants' progress and attendance.
  • Accompany participants in the development of their career plans.

3-After the end of the training:

  • Provide a report on the participants’ feedback, lessons learnt and remarks.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
  • Previous experience in training and coaching is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
