Main Responsibilities of the Position
I- Performing bookkeeping following JRS Procedures
II- Ensuring that:
- All transactions are properly recorded.
- Vouchers are numbered and reconciled.
- Cash reconciliations are duly done (weekly)
- All supporting documents are provided and attached to vouchers.
- All supporting documents, vouchers and invoices are scanned, filed and archived.
- The monthly financial report is, and its timely transmission, sent together with all supporting documents, to the Country Office.
School Administration:
- Preparing purchase orders for the school.
- Helping in daily attendance listings of the students.
- Monitoring daily the snacks of and supplies for the school.
