External Evaluator Consultant

A work plan delivered 5 days after the start of the consultancy including the following: Methodology Proposed schedule and Plan Proposed sources of data The work plan should be agreed upon by JRS The evaulation report: - 1st draft submitted within the period agreed upon in the introductory meeting - Final report submitted 10 days after receiving comments on the initial draft. The report should include the following: Description of the evaluation methodology Key findings, linked to evidence and data collected during the evaluation research phase Conclusions and recomendations for the project Appendices: Charts, terms of reference, people interviewed, documents reviewed if any... Other requirement might be agreed upon in the introductory meeting Qualifications: 5 years of relevant professional experience in these areas and/or monitoring and evaluation Excellent working knowledge of English Expereince working with and evaluation program indicators and impact for international donors, and local or international NGOs.
