Home Visit Team Member/Outreach

To be in touch with refugee family in order to provide help according to JRS values: accompany, serve and advocate.
I. Main Duties and responsibilities

  • To visit the Refugee families in their place of residence.
  • To fill the “JRS Family Visit Form” properly with each family.
  • To maintain the stock and place orders.
  • To listen to the sufferings and joy of refugees.
  • To be an active member of the team by providing new ideas, and feedbacks to the JRS Local Responsible.

II. Knowledge, Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and team working skills
  • Good cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Highly approachable, trustworthy and confidential
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word

The candidate should have an active driving license and support in Social Centre as needed
