Hr Administrator

General Purpose of the Position The HR Aministrator is responsible for the keeping of the staff files, the payroll, preparation for monthly payments and the organisation of the recruitment process. Main Responsiblities of the Position Keep the staff files updated and complete. Maintain strict confidentiality. Work closely with the Country HR Administrator. Ensure that all staff is trained on JRS policies. Prepare the monthly salary payments which include the verification of the timesheets and ensure proper filing of the monthly payroll. Facilitate the recruitment process and the interviews, as well as advise the Project Director in his/her decision. Staff care, which includes availability for employees and the follow up on concerns. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience is an asset, especially in a humanitarian organization or context. Strong interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills Ability to deal with complex and/or divisive issues. Ability to work effectively in a cross cultural environment with a multi-national staff. Openness to change and ability to manage complexities Good knowledge of English and Arabic, both spoken and written is required. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ensure prompt execution of other tasks which are within the ambit of an HR Administrator which may be requested by the Project Director as needs occur.
