إبداع ونجاح هي منظمة غير حكومية مقرها في ساحل عكار، وتمتلك سنوات من الخبرة في تنفيذ مبادرات تمكين الشباب والتنمية المحلية في مختلف المجتمعات. تعمل المنظمة على إشراك الشباب من خلال تدريبات مشتركة، مشاريع مجتمعية، فعاليات عامة، مبادرات يقودها الشباب، بالإضافة إلى التعليم والتدريب المهني.

رسالة إبداع ونجاح تتمثل في دعم تنمية الشباب في مختلف المجالات مثل: العلوم، الاقتصاد، الثقافة، الصحة، البيئة، والتكنولوجيا، بهدف بناء مجتمع حضاري يخدم أفراده ويعزز من قدراتهم ومهاراتهم.

الأهداف الرئيسية لإبداع ونجاح تشمل:
    •    إنشاء مؤسسات تعليمية وصحية.
    •    تنظيم الفعاليات الثقافية والدورات التعليمية للشباب وطلاب المدارس.
    •    إشراك الشباب في تطوير وتنفيذ الأنشطة الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تسهم في تحسين المشهد الاجتماعي والثقافي في المجتمع.

Ibdaa Wa Najah is an NGO based in Sahel Akkar with several years of experience in implementing youth empowerment and local development initiatives across various communities. The organization engages youth through joint trainings, community projects, public events, youth-led initiatives, as well as educational and vocational programs.

Ibdaa Wa Najah’s mission is to support youth development across multiple fields, including science, economy, culture, health, environment, and technology, with the goal of building a civilized society that serves its members and enhances their skills and capabilities.

The primary objectives of Ibdaa Wa Najah include:
    •    Establishing educational and healthcare institutions.
    •    Organizing cultural events and educational courses for youth and school students.
    •    Engaging youth in the development and implementation of social and cultural activities that contribute to improving the social and cultural landscape of the community.
