JWF is seeking a qualified Graphic Designer Consultant under the project “Together For Access to Justice”. This project is part of the ‘Expertise France - Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon (WE-HUB),’ financed by the Neighborhood, Development, and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) under the European Commission.
The Graphic Designer will design a cohesive set of communication and visibility materials. The assignment includes the design of: 1 roll-up banner, 3 event invitation cards (for events such as roundtables), 1 certificate template, 1 booklet (approximately 30–40 pages), and 1 brochure (approximately 4 pages). The ideal candidate should have proven experience in both print and digital design, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to deliver high-quality, visually consistent materials that align with JWF’s branding and communication objectives within an agreed timeline.
- Scope of work and deliverables
The Graphic Designer Consultant will be responsible for:
- Designing 1 roll-up banner for event visibility.
- Designing 3 event invitation cards (print and digital) for roundtables and other events.
- Designing 1 certificate template with editable fields.
- Designing 1 booklet (30–40 pages) with cover, layout, icons, and visuals.
- Designing 1 brochure (around 4 pages) to present key messages clearly.
- Providing editable source files and print-ready PDFs for all materials.
- Making multiple revisions based on feedback from the JWF team.
- Ensuring all designs are suitable for both print and digital use.
- The graphic designer will coordinate with JWF’s Communication Officer, who will liaise directly with EF’s Communication Officer to ensure all posts align with EF and EU communication and visibility guidelines.
- Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in designing publications such as booklets, brochures, banners, and invitations, preferably in the nonprofit organization sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding layout principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and print production requirements.
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear and engaging visual formats.
- Knowledge of print and digital formatting, ensuring designs are optimized for both print production and digital distribution
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
4-Evaluation criteria
- Over 4 years of experience as a Graphic designer
- Experience in designing similar materials (e.g., booklets, leaflets, banners, and invitations)
- Experience in designing materials for nonprofit organizations
- Experience with design software and tools, understanding of File Formats, Resolution, Color Modes, Typography, and Layout Skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous relevant work, particularly in designing booklets, Leaflets, ...
