The consultant will develop a training manual for NGOs and community facilitators on how to prepare and implement awareness sessions, trainings for grassroots and community members and how to work/write a pre/post evaluation, activity report, recommendations, observations...
The consultant will work closely with the project director, and has to prove experience on drafting training manuals.(share some produced manuals.
