Training Objectives:
The trainer will be responsible of providing of structured training sessions to new cohort of women leaders involved in community peacebuilding and conflict prevention initiatives, equipping them with the necessary practical skills to conduct awareness sessions and facilitating inclusive, gender-sensitive community dialogue sessions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive training curriculum tailored to the needs of the Women leaders.
Conduct training sessions covering key topics, including:
- Principles of neutral facilitation, with emphasis on gender sensitivity and inclusivity.
- Communication and active listening techniques.
- Managing group dynamics and conflict resolution.
- Practice sessions simulating role playing scenarios.
Deliverables:
- Training agenda and materials tailored to KAFA’s objectives
- Facilitation of 2.5-days in-person training
- Brief training report including participants feedbacks and key observations
