Kayany foundation is seeking for Crisis Management Trainer who will be responsible to design, develop, and deliver training programs that prepare employees and leading teams to effectively respond to emergencies and critical incidents. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in crisis and emergency management, along with a strong background in adult education and facilitation.
Training will take place for two days per group, with a total of eight training days aimed at four groups.
Qualifications, Skills, and Personal Attributes
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Education, Organizational Development, Public Safety, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or corporate training.
- Strong understanding of crisis response frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
