Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Daily supervision of teachers; taking notes of teaher performance and providing assistance when needed.
Organize individual conferences with each teachers and report any problems they're facing in class.
Give general teacher trainings each week.
Organize weekly interactive teacher meetings.
Oversee classroom materials and notify the field assistant in case any materials are needed.
Oversee the wellbeing of students and ensure that all the students are coming to school healthy and in good hygiene. Inform superviors in case any kind of sickness is noted.
Submit weekly school reports to supervisors.
Supervise teacher performance and behavior.
Organize parents meetings at least once a month.
Participate in conducting interviews with newly recruited teachers.
Supervise all the education programs held at the school.
Plan and organize workshops and events for students.
Assist in writing exam questions.
Assist in distributing materials and ensure all students receive classroom materials.

Qualifications:
Professional competencies
Good computer skills
Qualified and experienced (5+years) teaching experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong report writing skills.
Background in curriculum and syllabus design
Willingness to travel to multiple field sites
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and team working skills
Good cultural awareness and sensitivity
Native in Arabic. English language is a plus.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching or of relevant work.
Knowledge & relevant experience in sensitive enviroments.
