Human Resources (HR) Generalist 

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Saturday (Remote): 4 hours of work-from-home

Reports To: HR Manager or Director

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who will manage key human resources functions. This includes end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, training, and performance management.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about people and processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates                                                                                                                                                                               

Manage recruitment cycles and lead onboarding for new hires                                                                                                                                                               

Monitor and support employee relations and internal communications                                                                                                                                       

Conduct performance reviews and give structured feedback                                                                                                                                                         

Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law and internal policies                                                                                                                                                 

Oversee internal training and development programs                                                                                                                                                                 

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records                                                                                                                                                               

Contribute to HR strategy and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Must be able to travel to Mekse (Beqaa) daily

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

High attention to detail and process orientation
