Psychosocial Support Facilitator Volunteer

The PSS (Psychosocial Support) Facilitator Volunteer will be responsible for delivering psychosocial support sessions in schools for  affected  People by displacement and conflict. 
Core Responsibilities
1. Program Implementation
- Conduct PFA and PSS sessions in selected schools in Beirut, focusing on activities that encourage emotional expression, stress relief, and resilience, tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Prepare session materials and activities that are culturally sensitive, age-appropriate, and aligned with trauma-informed practices to support emotional and psychological well-being.
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment, promoting active participation while being attentive to the emotional states of each child, adapting as necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Collect feedback from children to assess the effectiveness of sessions, using verbal discussions or age-appropriate evaluation methods.
- Accurately record attendance, activities, and observations to support monitoring and reporting needs.

Prior experience in community outreach, volunteering, or humanitarian aid is preferred.
Experience working with displaced populations or vulnerable communities is advantageous.
