Social Worker

key Responsibilities:

1-Case Management & Psychosocial Support

• Identify, assess, and follow up on individual cases through activities, referrals, and community services.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments addressing emotional, social, behavioral, and environmental factors.
• Develop and implement case plans for high-risk cases with clear outcomes and timelines.
• Provide basic emotional support, manage the hotline, and ensure strict confidentiality and data protection.
• Conduct home visits, when appropriate and with consent, to assess living conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and advocate with service providers to ensure access to needed resources.

2-Program Implementation & Community Outreach

• Design toolkits and facilitate structured psychosocial and life skills activities for women, girls, and children.
• Organize peer-led group sessions, awareness activities, and community-based advocacy initiatives.
• Mobilize vulnerable groups and engage CBOs, volunteers, and external partners to support innovative community projects.
• Identify and refer women and girls at risk of violence, ensuring they receive information on available services.
• Contribute to awareness materials, including social media content and handouts.
• Ensure proper logistics during activities, including refreshment distribution.

3-Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate case records, attendance sheets, and activity inventories.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and monitoring tools.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and participate in meetings, trainings, and case conferences.
• Map available services in the intervention area and share updates with the Project Manager.
• Perform any additional tasks required to support project objectives.
