Data Analytics Content Developer

Job Specifications

• Design and prepares detailed data analytics curriculum, including topics and number of sessions.
• Sets learning objectives for all sessions.
• Create engaging training course content in English including hands-on activities, pretest and post-test, and assignments.
• Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material.
• Organizes quality digital resources including a shared repository and data file templates for trainer and trainees.
• Recommend interesting additional resources.
• Follow up with trainer and collects feedback.
• Monitor trainees’ evaluations of training sessions in collaboration with M&E officer to gauge the effectiveness of the data analytics curriculum.
• Report to program manager.
• Has excellent verbal, technical writing, research, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong work experience as a Curriculum Designer.
• Proven ability to write clear instructional material.
• Minimum MS degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a relevant field.
