- Deliver the data analytics curriculum to youth in English.
- Excellent knowledge of data analytics fundamentals including visualizations using MS Excel.
- Be passionate about capacitating youths using an effective learning experience.
- Believe in the principles of applied learning; that is developing youth’s knowledge and skills using interactive methods that can be used in a real context, immediately.
- Coordinate closely with the M&E officer to ensure first-class delivery and adherence to the training schedule.
- Experience in youth and adult learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of youths.
- Will assess participants’ learning every session, and will evaluate the quality of training using the tools provided by the M&E officer.
- Grade assignments in a timely manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Maintain an accurate reporting and data management of all the sessions.
