Digital Marketing Mentor

"Tashغeel - 2" project intends to provide university students, who already graduated or are near graduation, with technical and digital business skills to prepare them for employment in the following tracks (Full Stack Development, Research and Administration, Digital Marketing, PV Solar Systems, and Journalism). Following the training, talented trainees will do a 3-month internship under the supervision of a mentor appointed by LASeR to follow up on interns and thus help them in achieving the goals of the internship.

Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive guidance and assistance to students throughout the internship phase.
• Create engaging and interactive sessions.
• Assess students' learning needs and adjust content and delivery accordingly.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback on their progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping others learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-standard digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Availability to work during flexible hours.
