English Teacher

YESS is an academic support and skill development program for students in and around Tripoli – Lebanon who have successfully moved to Grade 10 or Grade Twelve. The program is divided into 2 separate programs:

• Grade 10 Program 
• Grade 12 Program

The Lebanese Association for Scientific Research is currently searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated English teacher to be a part of their esteemed Program Young Empowered Secondary Students (YESS).

Requirements:
1- Previous experience as an English teacher
2- Knowledge of various teaching methods
3- Deep understanding of English language requirements
4- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
5- A patient and resilient personality
6- BSc/BA in English Language or English Literature

Responsibilities:
1-Organize classroom lectures and coursework 
2- Prepare materials and activities
3- Assign homework and interesting exercises
4- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
5- Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades
6- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
7- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
