Lavender Gate Association is recruiting TeamUp Facilitators to support the implementation of the TeamUp Psychosocial Support Programme in North Lebanon. TeamUp is a movement-based, non-verbal psychosocial intervention developed by War Child in partnership with Save the Children and UNICEF. The programme supports children affected by adversity through structured group activities that help them manage stress, fear, and difficult emotions, while strengthening resilience and positive social interaction.TeamUp Facilitators will work in pairs to deliver sessions for children aged 10–15 years at fixed weekly times, following a consistent session structure to ensure safety and predictability. Facilitators are responsible for session delivery, documentation, basic monitoring, and identifying children who may need additional support through referral pathways.This position is part of a research-supported intervention, and facilitators are expected to cooperate with related observations, mentoring, and research activities. All activities are implemented in line with Lavender Gate Child Protection, Safeguarding, and PSEA policies.
