Submitted quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Technical Compliance: Tablets must meet the required specifications.
Location: Preference will be given to suppliers in proximity to LAL for ease of logistics and support.
Warranty: A minimum one-year warranty covering potential defects and failures.
Protection & Accessories: Must include a screen protector, a protective cover, and a headset.
After-Sales Services: Availability of post-purchase service and support.
Price: The unit price must not exceed $200 per tablet.

How to Apply
Interested suppliers must submit their quotations no later than April 14th, 2025, via email to procurement@lal.ngo.
Selection and Contracting LAL will evaluate all quotations based on the outlined criteria. Selected suppliers will be notified, and procurement will proceed in accordance with LAL’s policies.
