Purpose of the Assignment

LAL seeks a qualified architectural company to design, engineer, and execute three learning spaces. These structures should be durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for educational activities. The selected organization will be responsible for the full implementation, including:

• Material selection to ensure high-quality and sustainable construction.
• Implementation and execution of the structures within designated schools.
• Compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

Scope of Work

The selected company will be required to:

• Provide detailed architectural and engineering designs.
• Propose high-quality materials ensuring durability and safety.
• Execute and install three structures in selected areas.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and feasibility.
• Deliver the completed structures within 3 months
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Deliverables

• Detailed design proposals including structural calculations and material specifications.
• Construction timeline indicating milestones and completion deadlines.
• Final constructed structures meeting all agreed specifications.
• Technical documentation including warranties and maintenance guidelines.
