Creative Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their graphic design needs and requirements.
• Manage the design and production of graphics for the project and ensure that they meet the required standards.
• Supervise a team of illustrators and animators, providing feedback and guidance on their work, and ensuring that they meet the project deadlines.
• Maintain and organize a database of graphics and ensure that they are easily accessible to the relevant departments.
• Manage the graphic designer’s team's budget and ensure the project is completed within budget constraints.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and make recommendations for new tools and software.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure that graphics are aligned with the overall brand and messaging.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of the project visuals and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 5 years + experience as a graphics coordinator or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in graphic design software namely all Adobe programs (Illustrator, photoshop, After effects, Premiere).
• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
• Ability to maintain productivity and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
