Research assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant to join our team as a part time consultant for a 6 months research task. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in conducting a research on blended learning trends and practices, including literature review, key informant interviews, analyzing data and producing reports to support the development and implementation of blended learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational research and a passion for improving education outcomes through innovative teaching and learning practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on blended learning, including literature reviews and data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research questions and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Produce reports and publications to communicate research findings.
• Participate in the development and implementation of blended learning programs.
• Provide guidance and support to educators and administrators on effective blended learning practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in blended learning.

Requirements:

• Masters in education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in educational research.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for improving education outcomes through innovative teaching and learning practices.
