Course Description: 

This workshop is designed for NGO’s who manage projects but are not technical project managers (or PMI professionals). Those who work in cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives or are responsible for delivering results on defined strategies will benefit from attending this workshop, as it will set the right methodologies and best practices in project management.
