1. Background
The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE), in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is implementing an educational project in schools aimed at engaging students in concepts of democracy, citizenship, and gender equality.
Project activities include interactive training sessions, electoral simulations, and an open day at the Lebanese Parliament. To support the visibility and documentation of these activities, LADE seeks to contract a service provider to deliver visual design and video production services.
All produced materials should adopt a youthful, dynamic, and engaging style, while remaining fully aligned with LADE’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
2. Objectives
The objectives of this assignment are:
- Develop visually appealing and youth-friendly materials that effectively communicate the project’s themes and enhance student engagement.
- Document and promote project activities through high-quality videos suitable for social media dissemination.
3. Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be responsible for:
- Developing a creative visual concept aligned with LADE’s branding and the project’s objectives
- Designing roll-up banners for project events
- Designing promotional materials, including but not limited to: notebooks, pens, and tote bags
- Capturing video footage of project activities, including: training sessions, electoral simulations, and open day at the Lebanese Parliament
- Producing short videos for social media
- Revising designs based on feedback from LADE and donor until final approval
