Video Production on the 2025 Municipal Elections Gender Monitoring Report

1. Background

The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE), with the support of UNDP, is launching the 2025 municipal elections monitoring report from a gender perspective on September 11, 2025. This initiative aims to present the findings of LADE's monitoring of the 2025 municipal and mukhtar elections, highlighting key gender-related insights and trends.

2. Objective

LADE seeks to commission a professional video production service to create a high-quality, engaging video that effectively communicates the main findings of the report to a broad audience, both during the launch event and via social media platforms.

3. Scope of Work

The selected video producer will be responsible for:

• Developing a creative concept and storyboard based on the report’s findings.
• Producing a motion graphics animation video that is visually engaging and easy to understand.
• Recording and synchronizing professional voice-over narration.
• Incorporating English subtitles to ensure accessibility.
• Delivering video files optimized for event presentation and various social media platforms.
• Coordinating with LADE for feedback and revisions throughout the production process.

4. Deliverables

• Approved storyboard and concept outline.
• Final motion graphics animation video (approx. 2 minutes).
