Video Production for Project Launch - Lebanon Electoral Reform Initiative 2026

1. Background

The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE), with the support of European Union, is launching the "Lebanon Electoral Reform Initiative 2026" on June, 2025. This initiative aims to support and promote key electoral reforms through advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach.

2. Objective

LADE seeks to commission a professional video production service to create a high-quality, engaging video that will introduce the "Lebanon Electoral Reform Initiative 2026." The video will be used during the official project launch event and subsequently disseminated through LADE’s online platforms to reach a broad audience.

3. Scope of Work

The selected video producer will be responsible for:

• Developing a storyboard and concept for a motion graphics video
• Producing an animated video that visually communicates the project’s rationale and three main reform priorities
• Providing professional voice-over recording, including studio rental
• Delivering the final video in formats suitable for event screening and online sharing

4. Deliverables

• Storyboard for approval
• Final motion graphics animation video 
• Voice-over audio synchronized with the animation
• Video files optimized for event presentation and social media platforms
