1. Background

The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to promoting electoral integrity, democratic participation, and informed citizenship.

Under the UK-funded “Let Us Vote Lebanon” project, LADE is implementing a comprehensive voter education campaign aimed at empowering voters, especially first-time voters, women, and people with disabilities, with the knowledge they need ahead of the 2026 parliamentary elections.

As part of this effort, LADE seeks to produce six short, visually engaging explainer videos to simplify key electoral concepts and ensure accurate, accessible pre-election information reaches a broad audience.

2. Objective of the Assignment

To produce six high-quality voter-education explainer videos (each 60-90 seconds) that effectively communicate essential information in a clear, engaging, and easily consumable format suitable for social media platforms.

3. Scope of Work

a. Pre-Production

• Initial coordination meeting with LADE communications team.
• Develop a storyboard for each video.
• Propose a design style, including sample visuals and animation references.

b. Production

• Produce videos using animation, motion graphics, live footage, or a combination as agreed.
• Ensure all visuals match LADE’s branding and the project’s communication identity.
• Record or integrate voice-over (Arabic).
• Add English subtitles and appropriate background music.

c. Post-Production

• Deliver the completed videos in the required formats and resolutions suitable for social media platforms.
• Provide LADE with all final exports, open/editable project files, and any associated assets (e.g., subtitles, artwork, audio tracks).
• Incorporate up to two rounds of revisions based on LADE’s feedback before final delivery.

4. Timeline

• Expected completion within 4 weeks from contract signature. 

5. Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience producing animated or explainer videos.
• Strong portfolio in motion graphics, animation, or short-format educational content.
• Ability to simplify complex information visually.
• Experience with civic, educational, or NGO content.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
