    Job Profile/ Description Job Title Administrative & Financial Manager Department/Project Administration & Finance department Direct Supervisor LADE’s Board Job Classification Level 4 – Grade…… 1. Job Purpose: To ensure the proper management of LADE's administrative & financial resources and provide the needed support to all LADE’s departments.   3. Key Result Areas:( a maximum of six areas )   a.      Development of a relevant and effective administrative & financial policies and procedures that contributes to the achievement of LADE’s vision and strategic goals: -          Assist in the development of LADE’s strategic plan -          Produce draft policies & procedures and present to the ED & Board for approval   b.      Provide the administrative support to all LADE departments and assist the ED in discussing project proposals with potential donors: -          Manage the transportation function of LADE -          Manage the insurance policies for staff and assets -          Manage the logistics support (mail, currier, housekeeping, security/protection, procurement, ware housing, maintenance of equipment & facilities)   c.       Manage the financial resources of LADE: -           Budgeting &budget control -          Assets management -          Cash flow management -          Bank accounts management -          Contracts d.      Oversee the implementation of financial transactions and ensure the quality of the work carried out by his/her subordinates: -          Internal auditing -          Compliance with government laws and regulations (income tax, NSSF, VAT...) -          Compliance with donors’ financial regulations   e.       Manage the human resources of the department: -          Assist in the recruitment of the required human resources -          Provide new comers with the needed induction and assign tasks and responsibilities -          Conduct performance appraisal for the staff of the department and make recommendations -          Coach the staff and develop their capacities  -          Support other departments on HR management f.       Assist in the executive management of LADE -          Participate at the LADE’s managers’ meetings and at Board meetings if requested by the ED -          Produce regular progress reports and other reports if required -          Assist in the organization of the general assembly and other LADE’s major gatherings -          Ensures the compliance with LADE’s  values, policies and procedures -          Assist in the creation of an enabling work environment 4. Minimum Qualifications: Education Master Degree in Public/Business administration, Finance/Accounting or any related field. Or a bachelor degree with additional years of experience.  Fluency in written and spoken English, and Arabic.  French is an asset. Experience At least 5 years of experience in NGOs management of which at least 2 years in a supervisory position. At least 3 years of experience in the Financial management of NGOs  Computer Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft Office Application…) Knowledgeable for the financial and accounting systems   Skills and personal traits -          Good Planning & organizing skills -          Ability to work under pressure -          Good leadership and communication skills -          Results oriented -          Commitment to LADE’s Identity &values -          Creative in developing solutions to problems
