JOB TITLE Long Term Observers’ Coordinator EMPLOYER LEBANESE ASSOCIATION FOR DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS LOCATION Based in Beirut   SHIFT Full Time DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION 29 March 2013    RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-       Follow up and supervise the activities of Long Term Observers (LTOs) in various districts 2-      Provide support to LTOs 3-      Coordinate between LTOs and LADE’s research department 4-      Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Research Department REQUIREMENTS: 1-     Qualification and experience -          Bachelor degree in Law, Human Sciences or any related field -          3 to 5 years experience -          Independent / Not affiliated with a  political party   2-     Skills -          Ability to work under pressure -          Proactive -          Good organization skills -          Very good interpersonal and communication skills -          Good knowledge of regional specificities in Lebanon   3-     Languages -           Fluent in Arabic and English Observers of 2009 and 2010 elections are strongly encouraged to apply.
