The FE training aimed at teaching individuals to better manage their finance by:
- Equipping them with adequate financial knowledge and management skills.
- Strengthening their behaviors that lead to increased saving, and more productive and responsible spending and borrowing
- Promoting equality between men and women and strengthening women’s role in family decision making on money matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The FE certified trainers will require the following tasks:
- Assist in the process of selecting the beneficiaries by referring potential participants, if any, with ensuring the inclusion criteria (At least 35% refugee representation, and 40% women). In terms of age group, they should be between 18-55 years old.
- Submit the agenda, follow up with the beneficiaries on the dates of training and conduct 3 days training following the structure of the official ILO’s FE curriculum.
- Complete all forms of each and any course program (Daily evaluation, end of training evaluation, and end of training report).
- Register and complete all completed training courses on ILO ‘s related platform
- Complete daily attendance sheets assuring all signatures and collect a copy of participants’ IDs.
- Strictly follow Al Majmoua code of conduct, PSEA and child protection policy.

Request for Quotation Details
As submitting your RFQ please consider the following:
- Number of group trainings you can be available
- Duration of notice for training (how much time of notification do you need in advance to prepare your schedule accordingly for availability)
- Calling participants to finalize lists of names according to technical and inclusion criteria
- Identify willingness to conduct training in one or more location (North, Akkar, Beqaa, Baalbeck-Hermel and Mount Lebanon)
- Fees of training per group with all the mentioned deliverables (including phone calls before training for selection and after training for consultation as needed plus transportation to and inside the governorates)
- Duration of fees validation.
- Your Fiscal number if any
- Al Majmoua will deduct 8.5% from the consultancy fees to settle the Ministry of Finance’s consultancy tax if the consultant is not able to provide a fiscal number
- Al Majmoua will not cover the Fees of FSP or Fresh Bank account Transfer.
- Al Majmoua is not able to confirm ahead of time the number of trainings that the certified FE trainer will be handling as it will depend on the geographical areas that the FE trainer is able to cover that will apply to the project.
