SUMOD Project information:

The SUMOD project is a recovery project delivered in the following geographical clusters: Municipality of Nabatiyeh, district of Marjayoun, Iqlim Al Teffah, Ansar/Doueir, Deir Zahrani/Habbouche, Kfar  Tebnit. 

One of the activity of the SUMOD project is to  purchase and distribute 500 hygiene kits to be distributed to a total of 500 vulnerable households .

2. Technical and financial offer

• The technical and financial offer should include:
• Clear specs respecting the description in the table above
• Delivery date
• Offer validity date

• Budget should be in US dollars
• Mention if there are any taxes
• Mention in a separate line the cost of delivery to Nabatieh, if any
• Payment method and payment timeline

3. Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

All quotes provided should meet the specifications listed and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

1. Sample kit with the requested goods
2. Previous Experience
3. Commercial Register Certificate
4. Certificate of Registration at the Ministry of Finance
5. Copy of the ID of the representative/owner of the company

Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 50%, Financial 50%.

Knowing that the price should cover the delivery fees to Nabatieh area
