Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer care duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls, emails, social media, WhatsApp, Complaint-Suggestion tablets and other unexpected sources responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
He/she will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels; they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
To do well in this role he/she needs to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Refer customers to suitable service providers, and conduct expected Surveys (Customer Satisfaction and Exit Surveys). In addition to other tasks that has to do with related platforms.
Requirements:
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support
- Processing the payments and withdrawals of customers
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction
- Using computerized systems to access the details of customers
- Promoting certain financial products and services
- Handling customer complaints or handing them over to a supervisor.
- Referring customers to individuals qualified to offer and sell regulated financial products
- Conducting requested studies to better serve existing and expected customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication
- Relevant working experience in Call center or Customer Care department, in handling Customer Complaints and Inquiries, and conducting Surveys
- Fluency in Arabic and English
