Field Coach and Trainer - NFS

The Field Coach and Trainer works as part of the Non-Financial Services' team of Al Majmoua during Project Implementation.

He/She is responsible for developing professional relationships with beneficiaries to provide them with high-end training, individual business coaching and development services geared towards improving their businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the outreach and promote the project activities and services to all beneficiaries
• Assist the project supervisor for selection of the beneficiaries
• Coordinate with the beneficiaries for the time, date of training sessions and coaching visits
• Coordinate with the NFS team about the training material and the coaching sessions material.
• Assist to prepare and update the training/coaching materials if needed
• Prepare the supporting documents and stationary and logistic issues in coordination with the NFS Team
• Deliver the training learning sessions and the coaching sessions for beneficiaries as per the action plan of the project.
• Provide individual business counseling
• Assure the smooth running of the program and follow up after the implementation
• Gather and maintain the attendance sheet, evaluation, photos and all other related documents
• Performs any other duties as required
• Deliver daily trainings and coaching sessions report
• Process the pre/post-test of all training materials if exist
