Marketing Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good Implementation of the Marketing and communication plan
• Follow up with Al Majmoua offices across Lebanon reporting their communication needs
• Create clear briefs to be shared with the agency for all creative needs
• Follow up with agency on execution, review agency deliverables
• Follow up with production house on all fabrication requests
• Create content for and manage Al Majmoua official pages’ / Stuff official social media page
• Create/Gather content for Annual report magazine following up on designs and production
• Create/Gather content for Annual Agenda following up on designs and production
• Budget follow up and invoices data entry (cost center)  
• Manage external events with our borrowers and programs beneficiaries
• Manage internal communication activities and materials in coordination with HR team

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing.
