KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management:
- Arrange and confirm site visits and meetings and if appropriate attend and record
- Assist in the preparation of background documents, work plans, Formats, monitoring and evaluation tools, and administrative procedures.
- Support the arrangement/organization of workshops, meetings and other events
- Collect the photos, visibility and all related supported documents
- Assist in the Organization of forums and fairs, supplier trips for the project's beneficiaries (if needed)
- Assure collecting all the attendance sheets, training session evaluation, Application, pre\post tests and all other M& E related documents
- Create a trainer database
- Create books/portfolios / success stories for the beneficiaries and especially women micro entrepreneurs.
- Finance and Logistic Management:
- Prepare the supporting documents and stationary and logistic issues of projects’ activities
- Coordinate with the trainers the materials needed.
- Be responsible of collecting all financial supporting documents of a project and archiving them
- Provides support regarding financial procedures.
- Assure providing logistics, office equipment support, and IT assistance by liaising with the operational service providers;
- Be responsible of stationery, logistics & IT inventory
- Responsible of preparation and follow up of pledge
- Scanning, copying, filling the petty cash
- Follow up and Reporting:
- Be responsible of the project's data archiving (hard and soft)
- Maintain the project database and archive
- Assist the M&E officer to draft all monthly, quarterly, and final project report
- Create a beneficiaries’ database and an evaluation database
- Prepare the monthly dashboard and newsletter and any other activity report needed
