Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact on assigned projects, perform a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
- Facilitate and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
- Provide highly skilled technical advice and assistance to department.
- Respond to inquiries about projects.
- Manage and monitor project are running and completed on time and on budget.
- Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
- Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Convey and assist in negotiating with public and private providers of power sources.
- Conduct onsite visits and coordinate with operations team continuously.
- Develop, maintain and improve any business relationships vital to division success.
- Establish and manage relations with Project donors, vendors and negotiates best possible rates for their products and services.
- Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward.
- Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events.
- Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain relations with project donors as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.
- Export, update and distribute tasks and journals.
- Report financial and operational project status.

- Proficient in English and Arabic both written and oral, French is a plus

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- PMP Certification is a plus
- 3 years + of experience in Project Management.
