Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring: Analyze and report on Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and other credit risk indicators across branches to identify early warning signs.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate the risk profile of new and rescheduled loan products, ensuring they align with Al Majmoua’s risk appetite.
Operational Risk: Conduct periodic reviews of branch operations to detect and mitigate potential fraud or internal control weaknesses.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive risk dashboards and monthly reports for senior management and the Risk Committee.
Education and Years of Experience
Education: Education: BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Financial Analysis, preferably in the Microfinance or Banking sector.
Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel (data modeling), knowledge of financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, PAR), and experience with Management Information Systems (MIS).
