Senior Marketing & Communication Officer

Responsibilities

  • Develop communications strategies and reconcile marketing budgets.
  • Write copy for all initiatives, including marketing, sales, internal and external communications.
  • Creates marketing strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating on-going customer service monitoring surveys: data collection, data analysis, and developing and distributing monthly reports.
  • Coordinating with operating units and survey vendors to conduct annual client satisfaction surveys within time frames outlined in work plans: obtaining survey samples and summarizing results.
  • Assisting with the design, development, implementation, analysis and reporting of satisfaction surveys.
  • Developing market position reports for the company and its operating units.
  • Conducting program development and evaluation studies using qualitative or quantitative approaches as appropriate. Responsibilities include survey design, implementation and analysis, and focus group preparation.
  • Perform special studies and develop data and information, assessment and recommendations as requested.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Al Majmoua and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
  • 5 years + of experience in Marketing & Communication
