The responsibilities of the Coordinator include:
Responsible for the implementation of the transformational workshops component of the project.
Providing direction and support to the facilitators’ team, and maintaining constructive communication among them.
Leading on the preparation of the training material with the facilitators’ team.
Coordinating between the facilitators.
Reporting on the implementation of the program/ workshops.
Lead on the research conducted to get factual information and authentic detail.
Lead preparatory and planning meetings with the team of unit writers and facilitators.
Lead on the development of the educational units’ content.
Leading on the preparation of the training material with the facilitators’ team.
Reporting on the implementation of the program/ workshops.
The Coordinator will carry out his/her tasks in close coordination with the project manager and project team.
Qualifications
The Coordinator should have the following qualifications:
Proven experience in developing educational units.
Proven experience in coordination.
Background in history education.
Strong communication and research skills.
Knowledge of the subject matter and willingness to further familiarize oneself with the topic.
Ability to think outside the box and have creative ideas.
