Key Responsibilities
1. Communications & Visibility
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the Lebanese Food Bank’s public visibility and brand.
• Draft and manage content for social media, newsletters, reports, and public communications.
• Coordinate media relations, press releases, and public announcements.
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with LFB’s mission and humanitarian values.
2. Proposal Writing & Fundraising Support
• Assist in drafting grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
• Support the preparation of donor presentations and partnership proposals.
• Conduct research on potential institutional donors, foundations, and CSR opportunities.
• Help prepare reports and communication materials required by donors.
3. Representation & Partnerships
• Represent the Lebanese Food Bank in sector meetings, conferences, and public events.
• Support relationship building with NGOs, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination platforms related to food security and humanitarian response.
4. Internal Coordination
• Work closely with the Executive Director, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between communications and program activities.
• Support documentation of LFB activities and impact stories for donor and public communication.
• Assist in preparing annual reports and institutional publications

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in communications, partnerships, NGO work, or donor relations.
• Experience drafting proposals, reports, or donor communications is highly desirable.
• Strong writing skills in English , Arabic and French
• Experience in humanitarian or development sectors is an advantage.

Remuneration
Salary will be competitive and based on experience, with potential performance incentives linked to fundraising support and partnerships development.
