Program Design & M&E Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design & Development

Technical Architecture: Serve as the lead architect for the value chain, developing logic models, theories of change, and standardized methodologies for food security programs.

Proposal Support: Support program design with findings from field evaluations to ensure new initiatives are data-driven and evidence-based.

Standardization: Develop and implement standardized data collection tools and monitoring processes across all departments.

2. Data Analysis & M&E Oversight

Performance Tracking: Track program KPIs and outputs, analyzing data to assess performance and identify operational gaps. Maintain beneficiary databases and tracking systems

Data Visualization: Develop sophisticated dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for the board and operations.

Database Oversight: Maintain and audit beneficiary databases and tracking systems to ensure 100% data integrity.

3. Reporting & Compliance

Narrative Consolidation: Prepare and consolidate high-level narrative and data inputs for all institutional and corporate reports.

Audit Readiness: Ensure alignment with international donor requirements and support in audits and data verification processes.

Quality Control: Cross-reference field data with warehouse inventory to ensure "Impact Narratives" match physical execution.

 

4. Corporate Partnerships & Coordination

Partner Reporting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for corporate donors, delivering professional impact insights and updates.

Pitch Support: Provide specialized data insights and "Proof of Impact" materials to support the Executive Director in donor acquisition and partnership pitches.

Tracking Systems: Maintain partner tracking systems to ensure all corporate reporting deadlines and compliance milestones are met.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in M&E, Program Design, or Technical Reporting within the humanitarian sector.

Analytical Mastery: Exceptional data skills (Advanced Excel, Kobo, or Power BI) with the ability to translate "raw numbers" into "impact stories."

Writing Excellence: Strong technical writing skills with a track record of producing reports for high-level corporate or institutional stakeholders.

Soft Skills: Proven ability to mentor junior staff and balance technical data work with cross-departmental coordination.

Languages

English: Fluent (Primary language for reporting and design)

Arabic: Fluent (For field coordination)

French: A significant plus.

Additional Information

Interest in humanitarian work and willingness to conduct field visits and attend events outside working hours when needed
