Management Consultant

* LFPCP background: The Lebanese Foundation for Permanent Civil Peace was founded in 1987 and aims at promoting permanent civil peace. * Consultant mission background and responsibilities: LFPCP with Diakonia support is hiring a management consultant to assist LFPCP team in managing the project funded by Diakonia and to analyse management: regarding human resources, financial management, service contracts, procurement, monitoring and evaluation; and to recommend practical solutions. The consultant will be acting as a mentor and a coach to the project manager, thus to insure a smooth implementation of the project in accordance to Diakonia guidelines and to general good practices in management and give support and advise in financial management and the follow up of budget , procurement procedures and reporting . The consultant will be based at the LFPCP premises but will be actively coordinating with Diakonia team.
