Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and manage digital calendars
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up task lists
- Monitor and organize general email inboxes
- Support routine administrative communications with partners, consultants, and board members
- Draft and schedule social media posts in coordination with the communications team
- Organize and maintain digital files and cloud-based records (Google Drive)
- Assist with event logistics (e.g., Zoom links, RSVP lists, online forms)
- Draft official letters and assist in report formatting when needed
Required:
- Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet), Zoom, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the nonprofit/NGO or advocacy sector
- Interest in health, gender, and human rights issues
