Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage digital calendars
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up task lists
  • Monitor and organize general email inboxes
  • Support routine administrative communications with partners, consultants, and board members
  • Draft and schedule social media posts in coordination with the communications team
  • Organize and maintain digital files and cloud-based records (Google Drive)
  • Assist with event logistics (e.g., Zoom links, RSVP lists, online forms)
  • Draft official letters and assist in report formatting when needed
Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet), Zoom, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the nonprofit/NGO or advocacy sector
  • Interest in health, gender, and human rights issues
